TALISMAN «‎‎THE COLOURS OF AUSTRALIA»‎

In the Australia collection, I created talismans inspired by the Aboriginal churinga – sacred local amulets that often must remain unseen by anyone except their owner.

The talisman that most vividly conveys the energy of this culture is “Colours of Australia.” The entire continent is precisely reproduced within its true borders and divided into different ornaments that reflect the territories of various local tribes. It is like a unique code, the language of each tribe through which they communicate.

If you look closely, you will see that the continent is composed of two faces – male and female, joined in a kiss. The point of their meeting marks the exact location of Uluru – the sacred treasure of the continent. Why there? At least because Uluru is considered one of the most powerful sacred sites on our planet – a kind of “parallel gateway”, equal in significance to Stonehenge or the Egyptian pyramids.
Incidentally, if you connect all such points on Earth, they form a closed line.

I designed this talisman primarily to work with inner state – to reformat yourself if necessary, to rouse yourself, to find new ways of thinking and solving problems. It’s a kind of inner restructuring with a touch of playfulness. At first glance, this seems primitive, but in fact, it has a deep meaning. That is why I took the symbols and style of Aboriginal pictograms as a basis.

This talisman also speaks of something childlike – that pure, unclouded perception and deep understanding that only children possess. They know exactly what they need and how they can achieve it. Everything is simple for them, without the contrived fears of adults, but with amazing perseverance and ease. Think of how children learn to walk: countless failed attempts never stop them. That same pure strength, joy and energy live within the “Colours of Australia” talisman.
