Metatron’s Cube is a symbol that represents harmony and balance in the world. It is associated with spiritual awakening and divine understanding. Intuitively, it can be interpreted as a symbol that helps us to understand the structure of the world and space, how the Universe preserves and protects us.
Metatron (translated from Greek) means “the one who stands beside the throne of God”. Metatron provides a link between humans and the Higher Realms, which is why he is often called the “Heavenly Mediator” or “Divine Messenger” between God and His creations.
Metatron was originally human. He is primarily identified with a well-known character – the Old Testament patriarch Enoch (seventh from Adam). He is a mysterious and unique biblical figure revered by many religions. He is known for his unsurpassed knowledge. It is believed that he did not die but underwent a fiery transformation while still alive, ascending into an angelic being. He became the chief of angels and archangels and received the title and name Archangel Metatron.
The symbol combines masculine and feminine elements, as the circles (smooth rounded lines) are feminine, while the straight, clear lines connecting the centres of the circles are masculine.
