It took me several years to transform the energy of Australia into talismans. Before taking something from another land, I spend a long time choosing and testing – to see whether it will truly work, what it is based on and how it affects a person. Beyond the symbols themselves, I live through the energy of each place. Aboriginal Australians have a sacred mountain – Uluru. It is around 700 million years old, and it is one of the most powerful places I have ever visited on that continent.
In this talisman I transformed energy that works harmoniously even on our land. It embodies Uluru itself, partially sacred symbols of rock paintings and specific colours.
Among Aboriginal Australians, this place is considered sacred. To this day, it still has a powerful influence on people. If someone takes even a small stone from there, misfortune and failure will follow them. Such is the ancient local legend.
Uluru is seen as a gateway to the otherworld, connecting the spirit world with the human world. Only the initiated can enter. For centuries, shamans have performed their rituals there.
It represents connection with ancestors – communion with them, their guidance and support. It is the lineage itself. On the talisman, the tree ends with three faces: a girl, a woman and an old woman. Youth, maturity and the wisdom of age. The past, the present and the future. These concepts exist in every culture; remember the symbols of the World Tree.
